By placing an order with K9Gourmet Ltd., you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You understand our products contain raw meat, organs, and bones. You accept responsibility for following safe food handling practices including washing hands, using separate utensils, and keeping products refrigerated or frozen as directed.
You understand that transitioning a pet to raw may cause temporary digestive changes. You accept responsibility for monitoring your pet and contacting us if symptoms are severe or prolonged.
You acknowledge that you have either consulted a veterinarian or made an informed decision to proceed without doing so. K9Gourmet Ltd. is not responsible for any veterinary costs incurred as a result of your pet's dietary change.
You acknowledge the difference between raw meaty bones (safe when appropriately sized) and cooked bones (dangerous). You accept responsibility for supervising your pet during bone consumption.
If your pet has a known health condition or is on medication, you accept full responsibility for disclosing this at the time of ordering and for verifying with your veterinarian that a raw diet is appropriate.
All orders are subject to acceptance by K9Gourmet Ltd. Payment is required in full before preparation begins unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
You agree to provide accurate information about your pet(s) at the time of ordering. K9Gourmet Ltd. is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information you provided.
K9Gourmet Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms, pricing, menu offerings, and delivery areas at any time. Monthly subscribers will be given a minimum of 14 days notice of any material changes.
K9Gourmet Ltd. collects personal information (name, email, phone, delivery address, pet details) solely to process and fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain customer data for a maximum of 3 years from the date of last order. You may request deletion at any time by emailing k9gourmetltd@gmail.com.
For Canadian customers, we comply with PIPEDA. For US customers in Washington State, we comply with applicable Washington State privacy regulations.
All content on this website including text, images, logos, meal plan names (Barkin' Bites™, Finicky Felines™, Fuzzy Feast™), branding, recipes, and business systems are the exclusive intellectual property of K9Gourmet Ltd. and are protected under applicable Canadian and US copyright and trademark law.
The K9GourmetBB brand and all associated trademarks are registered under CPATA. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of any K9GourmetBB intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. For US customers, disputes relating to orders fulfilled in Washington State shall be governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
Disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada or King County, Washington, USA respectively.
